The following regulations are in place for the preservation of our track and for the maximum enjoyment of all its users. Please help us by abiding by them and by encouraging others to do the same. Thank you!

  • Children are not to be left unattended at ANY time.
  • Food, gels, gum, seeds, and all similar products are strictly prohibited on the track at all times. Liquids other than water are also prohibited. Please store any such items in the locker rooms or cubbies provided. Water may be carried as you walk or run.
  • Spitting and nasal blowouts on the track are prohibited. Trashcans are provided around the track for this purpose.
  • The Dome is a non-smoking/tobacco-free zone. All such substances are prohibited on the premises.
  • No foul or abusive language or behavior.
  • Running or walking shoes must be carried into the facility.
  • All gym and running shoes are permitted on the track.
  • Spikes are prohibited except for meets and special events. All running spikes must be 3/16” or less.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and no children under 10 are permitted on the track except during designated family times and special events.
  • Rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, and similar wheeled devices are not allowed on the track at any time. Strollers and baby joggers are permitted only during specified family times, no exceptions.
  • Please walk or run no more than two people astride.
  • Walkers and slower joggers must use outside lanes.
  • Stay in one lane whenever possible.
  • Pass on the left and give right of way to the person in front of you.
  • Lanes will be closed periodically to reduce wear and tear on the track. Please help us by complying with these closures.
  • Use of hurdles, high jump equipment, starting blocks, and long-jump pits must be approved by UAA prior to use and may only be used during specified Multi-Use times.

Please also note that the Dome does not accept bookings for animal related events.
